I do not run a live status ticker. The maintenance article on Blizzard's support site is the official board.
What I can date
Blizzard Watch recorded a Forever maintenance on 3 November 2026 from 10 to 11 a.m. Pacific, during the name-reservation week. The launch itself followed a longer pre-open maintenance of about five hours. Those are historical windows, not a promise about tonight.
The support article for the maintenance schedule is the page to refresh. When I opened it, the body did not fully load without the site's own scripts, so I am not copying a calendar grid I could not see. If the game says a ruleset is unavailable, the known-issues page is the next stop.
