The hotfix post dated 5 November 2026 covers NPC spawns, items, and Plainsrunning in PvP. This is a digest with dates, not a race to repost Wowhead.

Blizzard's hotfix note for 5 November, also indexed as 6 November in some regions, calls out NPC respawns, item fixes, Plainsrunning interactions in PvP, and quest repairs. I am not expanding that into a spell-by-spell simulator. If a quest you need is in that list, the post itself is the checklist.
Class tuning from the beta deep dives is older than this hotfix and lives on each class page with its own date. Development-note roundups on Wowhead were truncated when I opened them, so I do not treat those headlines as a second numerical source.
