PS5, Xbox, and Steam
The native product listing names Windows and macOS. NVIDIA's 5 November notice dates GeForce NOW availability to 4 November; streaming is a separate access route.
What not to wait for
A controller is not a console version. Blizzard's product listing names Windows and macOS, and its gamepad post describes controller support in the desktop client. Neither page announces a PlayStation or Xbox build, so controller button icons are not evidence of a console release.
GeForce NOW is now a separate option: NVIDIA's 5 November post says Forever launched on its cloud service on 4 November. This cloud-service date has one accessible source, NVIDIA. This is streaming access, not a native PC or console storefront release. Blizzard's product page still lists Windows and macOS; it does not list PS5, Xbox, Steam, or Game Pass.

Questions
Can I use a DualSense on PC?
The gamepad post says PlayStation icons are in the beta UI. That is a PC feature.
Is Game Pass a way in?
I have no Game Pass listing for Forever.
