Forever's launch has no player housing. The feature sits on Midnight, which is the modern expansion, not this branch.
Why the keyword exists
People search Forever housing because the Collection advertises housing decor. That decor is for the modern game. Placing it assumes you also play the client that has housing. A forum thread during the beta asked whether Forever simply had no housing, and the public answers lined up with the BlizzCon note.
I will not write a plot guide, a neighborhood list, or a decor budget for a system that is not in this client. If Blizzard later adds housing to Forever, the roadmap page is where a date would go. Nothing I opened schedules that.

Does the Collector's Edition include a house?
It includes decor items aimed at the modern game, not a Forever interior.
Can I visit a friend's house inside Forever?
There is no housing system to visit in the launch posts.
