Use CurseForge files marked for Forever, game version 1.60. An addon that only lists modern or Classic flavors will not load here.
Folder and the usual failure
The Outpost roundup says Questie and four other addons had Forever files, while WeakAuras did not at the time of that 25 October guide. CurseForge's own launch post is the storefront context. If an addon errors on login, the first check is the game version on the file, not a random DLL from a video.
Install through the CurseForge app or by placing the addon folder in the Forever interface directory the app creates. I am not pasting a machine-specific path that differs between Windows and Mac. After a patch, update the addon before you assume the UI is broken.

Questions
Can I copy my retail AddOns folder?
Not safely. The version tag will be wrong and the UI can fail to load.
Where is the official addon list?
Blizzard does not publish one. CurseForge is the distribution site the launch blog points at.
