Skyborne: race, factions, and access
Skyborne is a new race with two branches, Horde Windshaper and Alliance High Order. It starts on Zephras Isle; Heroic or higher unlocks it.
Access, island, and classes
The Skyborne news post calls Zephras Isle the starting zone, levels 1 through 12. The race is not in the base subscription. Heroic, Epic, the Collection, and the Collector's Edition are the unlocks named across the pricing guides. Invite-a-Friend week does not include the race.
The branch-specific classes are documented in Blizzard's 22 September character post: both branches can be Druid, Hunter, Rogue, or Warrior; Windshaper adds Shaman and High Order adds Mage. Access requires the Skyborne Heroic Pack or a higher edition. The standard-definition model is described as planned for early 2027 by one independent guide; Blizzard has not published a launch date for that model tier.
The first Skyborne post listed Wind Blessed as 1% haste, Skysight as 10% movement speed, and Read Ley Line as 100% health and mana regeneration. Blizzard's 26 October beta development note later revised those values: Wind Blessed became 2% haste, while Skysight and Read Leyline became 15-second abilities. The first page is an earlier beta snapshot, not a second current value; use the dated revision for the newer state.

Questions
Can I boost an existing human into Skyborne?
The posts describe a race you pick at character creation, not a paid race change. I have no race-change SKU to link.
Do both branches share a capital?
They share the starting island and then join their faction. I have no third capital in the post.
