Warrior changes, specs, and races
Warriors still tank, deal arms damage, or dual-wield fury. The rage rules and a raid-wide Battle Shout are the Forever shifts I can source.
Rage, shouts, and who can roll one
The priest-and-warrior deep dive is Blizzard's class post. Outpost's warrior notes add Tactical Mastery at 14 points, Victory Rush at 20, and Battle Shout heard by the whole raid rather than the party. A beta note dated 1 October raises rage from critical strikes to 100 percent. I label that as a beta note because I have not seen the same sentence repeated in the 5 November hotfix.
No new race pairing opens warrior. Humans, dwarves, night elves, gnomes, orcs, undead, tauren, and trolls follow the matrix in the character post. Hit rating still matters for specials; I will not invent a hit-cap percentage the deep dive does not print. Protection, Arms, and Fury remain the three trees. The deep dive frames the Warrior as a melee specialist that can tank or deal damage, with sustained multi-target damage as a strength and limited recovery after heavy damage as a weakness. Rage generation has two paths: the revised incoming-damage formula ignores armor and absorbs, while outgoing-damage Rage is normalized to weapon speed. The 100-percent critical-hit bonus stays dated to the October 1 beta build rather than being presented as a permanent launch constant.

Questions
Is there a new warrior race?
No. The six new pairings are hunter, shaman, priest, paladin, mage, and warlock.
Does Battle Shout replace a healer?
No. It is a shout change, not a new role.
