One guide lists 18 pet families, foxes included. I will not tell you what Ghostfang is, because the write-ups disagree.
Families versus one famous name
Outpost's hunter notes are the family count I am willing to print: 18, with foxes added to the tame list. Pets scaling with hunter gear is in the same guide. That is enough for a family table and not enough for a spawn map. I link map tools on the world map page rather than drawing dens from memory.
Ghostfang shows up in search with about 950 volume in the keyword export, and the pages that mention it do not describe the same pet. One community list and another rare-pet guide diverge. Until two sources describe the same family, skin, and zone, the name stays in this paragraph and out of the confirmed column.

Questions
Where do I tame a fox?
The guide says the family exists. I do not have a confirmed spawn pin, so I will not invent a coordinate.
Is Ghostfang a spirit beast?
I cannot say. The sources do not match, and spirit beasts are a later-expansion category I will not import.
