Druid changes, specs, and races
Druids still shift. The Forever notes let potions and weapon effects work in form, and they push Leader of the Pack and Moonkin Aura out to the raid.
Forms, Lacerate, and the races
Balance, Feral, and Restoration stay the trees. Outpost places Lacerate at 42 points in Feral and a battle revive at 12. The same guide says potions and weapon effects remain usable while shaped; this detail is attributed to that community guide.
A 15 October beta note makes Leader of the Pack and Moonkin Aura raid-wide. Night elves and tauren remain the druid races in the matrix. There is no new druid pairing in the six announced combinations. Travel form and aquatic form are still part of the class fantasy; the reviewed sources do not list flight in Forever. The deep dive gives the Druid three broad roles (tank, healer, and damage) and notes that its crowd control is weaker and less reliable than some alternatives. Feral centers on melee forms, Balance on ranged spell damage, and Restoration on healing. These are specialization identities, not a performance ranking. At level 42, Lacerate adds a stacking bleed and threat for Bear play; Revive provides an out-of-combat resurrection at level 12.

Questions
Can a druid fly?
No. The design posts remove flying mounts from Forever.
Is Restoration still the healer?
Yes. The tree remains. I do not have a new healing-meter ranking.
