Nine five-player dungeons are in at launch. Three raids open on 9 December 2026, and the official overview lists all three.
Nine now, three in December
The dungeon preview describes nine five-player instances spread from the teens to 60, including Hall of Thanes, Ruins of Lordaeron, the Excavation Site, City of Dalaran, the Drowned City, Krol'dok Stronghold, Alcaz Prison, Blackmaw Hold, and Shaper's Terrace. I am not attaching a level to each door unless the preview sentence I saved included it. The preview is the level list.
On 9 December the raid overview opens Barrow Deeps for 10 players, Hyjal Summit for 20, and Onyxia's Lair for 40, the last behind a quest at the gate. Wikipedia's short summary says two raids; this may mean the two new raids, while Blizzard lists three launch instances. I do not combine the counts without a stated scope.

Questions
Are the old raids in too?
The launch list I am using is the nine new dungeons plus these three December raids. I am not claiming every 2004 raid is retuned.
Why do some sites say two raids?
Wikipedia's short summary says two; Blizzard's raid overview lists three launch instances. The two counts may refer to new raids versus all launch instances. Both pages are linked below.
