How to redeem a code
Use the account website, the desktop app, or the mobile app. A code is single-use, so Already redeemed means someone, maybe you, finished it.
Three doors, one account
Blizzard's support entry for redeeming a code is the official door, and I could not read the full body without signing in. The public guides agree on three places: the account website, the desktop app's redeem field, and the mobile app. Use the account that should own the game. Redeeming on the wrong account is a support problem, not a second try with the same string.
Invalid usually means a typo or a string that was never issued. Already redeemed means the code is spent. Invite-a-Friend codes also expire with the 11 November 2026 PST window even if nobody used them. Gift purchases, according to the Outpost guide, do not generate friend codes, and support does not reissue a code you posted in public.
